INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Minimum Investment Required: 10 acres & above.

Profit will be shared between investor & the company in the ratio 50:50.

All assets purchased including land will be in investor's name. Profits generating out of this will be 100% income tax exempted as being agriculture income.

Every part of plantation, harvesting, irrigation, labour management & marketing will be managed by the company.

Per Acre = 40000 Plants will be cultivatable and plant cost is Rs.3.00 per plant, from these we can get 2000 kilograms of Stevia leaves per acre per year.

In a 10 acres land total production will be 2000kg*Rs.50*10acres = 10.00 lacs and for 10 years profit 10.00 lacs per year * 10 years= 100.00lacs.

If you are intend to hire the land for 10 acres you have to invest Rupees 0.50 lacs.

Total 10 acres 5 years hire charges rupees. 5.00 lacs.

And for the sprinkler or drip irrigation rupees 5.00 lacs for 10 acres.

Fencing charges approximately rupees 1.00 lac.

And for 10 acres total Stevia plants should be planted rupees.12.00 lacs.

And Labour maintenance charges for 5 years rupees 5.00 lacs.

Total investment in 5 years is rupees 28.00 lacs and total profit is rupees 100.00 lacs total net profit will be rupees 72.00 lacs.

If you want to own your land you should invest Rs.1 lac per acre total 10 lacs. Total investment only rupees 5.00 lacs extra for own land

The above are the investment difference for owning the land and hiring the land. The profit every year per acre Rupees 1 lac.

The buyback of Stevia leaves can be done by the company with MOU between company and investors.
