LALIT RAI

        He is a promoter Director of the Company, and joined Company since inception. He is 37 year old and completed graduation in 2004 in bio-science from Sagar University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. He belongs to agriculture family and having in-depth knowledge in agriculture and bio-technology field. With the family he owned fertile land more than 500 acres in Seoni District, Madhya Pradesh. Presently, he is managing Company with more than 10-12 skilled persons and looking technical working of the Company.

        He is also director of Beesawa Securities Services Pvt. Ltd. and Managing partner of Beesawa Investments, which are investment consultancy firm. Working in the investment companies, he gained good knowledge in the financial and investment field.

RAMSWAROOP RAI

        He is a promoter Director of the Company, and joined Company since inception. He is 34 years old and completed master degree in arts stream from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. He belongs to agriculture family and presently working as a technical director of the Company. He is expert to analyses agriculture cultivation and production throughout the year. Ha has 10 years technical experience in agriculture field and to manage all critical matters in micro level.

        He is a member of local co-operative society and grain merchant association, Seoni, Madhya Pradesh.

ADITYA JAIN

        He is a Promoter Director of the Company, and joined company in the current year. He is 56 years old and completed graduation in Commerce stream from Nagpur University, Nagpur. Initially, started business as electric goods supplier in 1972 and thereafter set up plant to supply coolers in central India. He is running “Shweta Coolerâ€� brand from last 35 years and he has also good knowledge in agriculture field. He is holding land and operating some agriculture activities in that land.

        Being belongs to capital goods industry he is taking interest to co-operate to set up Food Processing and Extraction unit in the Company. Presently he is looking mechanical area of the Company.

VINEETA RAI

        She is a promoter director of the Company, and joined Company in the current year. She is 29 years old and completed computer education in Chhindwada, Madhya Pradesh. She has good knowledge in the field of Information Technology and managing all computer related matters in the Company.

        She is also holding Managerial post in the Beesawa Investments, which is Investments Consultancy Firm.

S. K. KODANDARAMAIAH

        Did his graduation in Mech. Engg. in 1971 from University Viswaswaraya college of engg, Bangalore and post graduation from BITS, Pilani in 1973 and he has more than 36 years of experience in the power sector. Has undergone an 8 week course on Energy planning and environment at University of OSLO , Norway and has extensively traveled.

        22 years experience in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Engineering giant, Power Plant Manufacturer & Turnkey Contractor in India. 4000mw of exposure in Power plant construction including Turnkey experience. Also initiated major steps for reduction of project cycle time for 500mw /250mw Units and introduced best practices on sub contracting and Vendor Development in the power sector.

        5 years in General Electric of USA, in its JV in After Market Services , as Executive Director responsibilities for JV establishment, Business Development, Commercial, Sourcing, Technology transfer, Project Management, for the JV’s operations in India and Bangladesh catering to 3000mw of installed base for Thermal and Hydro . Implementation of the best practices of GE for Indian JV including Six Sigma systems.

        Director(BD) & CEO of Sunil Hi Tech Engineers Ltd for the last 9yeas, Nagpur based EPC and Construction company with an annual turn over of Rs 8500M , mainly catering to Power , Steel & Process Industry and also Infrastructure. Operating in more than 30 project sites.. Diversified product profile of EPC jobs, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical works, and manufacturing with a head count of 2700. Manufacturing experience of subsidiary for power plant spares and Boiler components with a turn over of Rs 1500 M. Facilitated to make this small company of Rs 200M turn over to an EPC and multi product Construction company to reach Rs 8500M turnover in about 9 years.

        Now, he is join Beesawa Biotech Limited in the financial year 2011-12 as a technical director and looking mechanical and technical matters of the Company
